Application principle of cold trap (-45 ℃~-135 ℃):
In high vacuum environments where oil diffusion pumps are used, there is a certain amount of residual gas, with over 80% being water vapor, oil vapor, and other high boiling point vapors. However, their ability to remove residual gas is low, takes a long time, and the residual gas is also a source of pollution for the workpiece, which affects the yield and quality of the product. Ultra low temperature capture pumps are the best choice to solve this problem.
In high vacuum environments using oil diffusion pumps, there are certain residual gases, with over 80% being water vapor, oil vapor, and other high boiling point vapors. However, their ability to remove residual gases is low and takes a long time. The working principle of the residual water vapor capture pump is to place a refrigeration coil that can reach below -130 ℃ in the vacuum chamber or at the pump port of the oil diffusion pump, and quickly capture residual gases in the vacuum system through the low-temperature condensation effect on its surface. This greatly shortens the vacuum pumping time (by 60-90%) and obtains a clean vacuum environment (the vacuum degree can be increased by half an order of magnitude, reaching 10-8Torr and 10-5Pa).
